Do you snore?  Do you wake up frequently at night?  Do you feel tired during the day after an adequate night of sleep?  Do you have high blood pressure and/or atrial fibrillation?  If you answered "YES" to any of these questions, then ask us about at-home testing for sleep apnea.

Research study

Medications and devices available today to treat a variety of heart conditions come from extensive research involving scientists, medical doctors, pharmaceutical companies, and participation of patients willing to move the field forward. At Alpharetta Cardiology, we believe in science. It is with that belief that we have partnered with different research centers targeting new therapies for diseases such as atrial fibrillation, high cholesterol, and hypertension. If you're interested in learning more about participating in a research study, ask us during your visit.

Chronic Care Management (CCM) is a program covered by Medicare at no cost to the patient that consists of health care coordination services done outside of the regular office visit for patients with two or more chronic conditions.  CCM helps Alpharetta Cardiology patients stay on track with treatment by getting monthly support between visits, including a monthly phone call. Our medical staff performs this service remotely by helping ensure the CCM patients follow their medical care plan, practice preventative healthcare, and manage their chronic conditions and overall health. Additionally, the CCM program coordinates care with your pharmacy, helps with scheduling appointments, and keeps Dr. Blaise updated with your health status. Medicare studies show that CCM patients have fewer and shorter hospitalizations and experience better health outcomes.  Dr. Blaise recommends all eligible patients consider participation in CCM.
